As a credit broker it’s important for us to point out that we may receive a commission payment from the lender that we make the introduction to. All lenders set their own policies regarding commission arrangements and typically the amount will be capped at a percentage of the tax list price of the vehicle. We may also receive an extra amount based on how much business we introduce and there is often a requirement to achieve certain levels of quality and service. The higher the amount of commission, the more you will pay to hire your vehicle.
If you are a regulated customer (individual, sole trader or small partnership with 2-3 partners) you are within your rights to request a full disclosure of the commission that we earn on your contract. In order to request
this simply write to us for the attention of the Compliance Manager and to
state that you would like to receive a disclosure of commission.
We charge a processing fee of £216 including VAT for our services. The processing fee is the broker fee charged by Dynamic Vehicle Solutions Ltd for our service and represents the costs incurred for arranging the sale, ordering the vehicle, arranging the finance and organising delivery of the vehicle. This processing fee is payable by debit or credit card or by BACs payment and is taken once finance approval has been received, along with all relevant paperwork signed by yourself instructing us to place an order on your behalf. Credit card payments will be subject to a 1.95% charge.
If you sign an order instructing us to bring a car into stock for delivery to you and then subsequently cancel a) as a regulated customer more than 14 days after we have confirmed receipt of your order or b) as an unregulated customer at any point after we have confirmed receipt of your order we will charge a fee of £200 including VAT for cancellation of our brokerage services. You will receive notice in writing of the charge within 48 hours of cancellation. Our invoice must be paid by cheque or direct bank transfer within 7 days of the date of the invoice.
